Cover your mouth and nose with tissue when coughing or sneezing. If you don't have a tissue, sneeze into your sleeve. Germs are often spread when a person touches something that has germs on it and then touches their eyes, nose or mouth. Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer if soap and water are unavailable. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK!
