 hs since your 2nd dose (Pfizer)\, or be two months since receiving Johnson
  & Johnson's initial dose.\n•	Wear a mask\n•	If under the age of 19\, a pare
 nt/legal guardian must be present\, at the clinic for consent. (Pfizer\, n
 ow eligible for 5 years of age and older)\n•	Bring your insurance card to s
 ubmit a claim. No insurance? We can still help you receive the vaccine. No
