 dose.\n•	Be at least 5 months since your 2nd dose (Moderna or Pfizer)\, or 
 2 months since receiving Johnson & Johnson's initial dose.\n•	Wear a mask\n
 •	If under the age of 19\, a parent/legal guardian must be present\, at the
  clinic for consent. (Pfizer\, now eligible for 5 years of age and older)

 the vaccine. No out-of-pocket expense/cost to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
