IMPORTANT NOTICE: Southeast District Health Department will be accepting walk-in appointments at its COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic tomorrow, May 5th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
Johnson & Johnson will be the only vaccine offered this day.
Individuals presenting during this time MUST:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be at least 14 days from receiving a vaccine of any type
• Be at least 90 days past receiving a monoclonal antibody infusion as a treatment for COVID-19
• Wear a Mask
