Southeast District Health Department is building a team of dedicated volunteers who are ready to step up when it matters most. Whether during public health emergencies, natural disasters, community events, or preparedness activities, our volunteers play a vital role in keeping our communities safe and supported.
You do not need to be a medical expert to join—just a willingness to help. We welcome medical and non-medical volunteers of all backgrounds.

What Volunteers May Do
Volunteer roles can vary but may include:
- Assisting during health emergencies or community response efforts
- Supporting vaccination or testing clinics

- Assisting at emergency shelters or resource centers
- Participating in emergency preparedness drills and exercises
- Providing administrative or logistical support during events
