IMPORTANT NOTICE: Southeast District Health Department will be accepting walk-in appointments at its COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our office - Southeast District Health Department (2511 Schneider Ave, east of Hwy 75 & 26th Street). Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson will be the vaccines offered this day.

Individuals presenting during this time MUST:
• Be 12 years of age or older (a parent/legal guardian must be present with them at the clinic for consent, for those under 18 yrs) PFIZER.
• Be at least 90 days past receiving a monoclonal antibody infusion as a treatment for COVID-19
• Wear a Mask
