IMPORTANT NOTICE: Southeast District Health Department will be accepting walk-in appointments at its COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our office - Southeast District Health Department (2511 Schneider Ave, east of Hwy 75 & 26th Street). Moderna, Pfizer, or Johnson & Johnson will be the vaccines offered this day. Please bring your insurance card. No cost to you, the vaccine is free.

Individuals presenting during this time MUST:
• Be 12 years of age or older (a parent/legal guardian must be present with them (those under the age of 19) at the clinic for consent. Pfizer is authorized for use for youth age 12 and older).
• Be at least 90 days past receiving a monoclonal antibody infusion as a treatment for COVID-19
• Wear a Mask
